My husband and I are personally managing an Online English Teaching/Tutoring business.  Since teacher and student are each located from the different side of the world, we use the latest breakthrough of IT world – VoIP (Voice over the Internet Protocol) phone system.  We are able to see the kids but they don’t see us.  What they see in their screen are the learning materials that we use daily.

The teaching session lasts for only 10-20 minutes.  Within this span of time, the teacher should make sure that the needed presentation is shred through VoIP.  While the teaching session is ongoing, there should never be a time where signal is not good.  That’s why we rely on Proliant Servers to assist us in achieving what we want from a hosting server.

There was one instance that one of our hosting servers was crushed and was not functioning well we had to remove it from its rack and brought it to the affiliated repair center.  We did not have to worry about cancelling a class or a room.  We rented Used HP Servers from our supplier and keep the teaching – learning process going.  We rented the server for four months until our original server was fixed.
