Posted by Faith on April 14th, 2010 I would like to be able to sell structured settlement payments that are not going to be coming due for about five years. I was awarded a decent amount of money last fall but I will not see any of it for quite some time unless I decide to sell structured settlement payments to the company that I contacted last evening.
I was watching the television really late and this woman came on that said something about not waiting for your money if you have a structured settlement that is due to you. I had been dozing off and when she said that, I woke up and started to listen. I wrote down the name of the company and the phone number to contact them today and ask some questions.
I talked with a very informative woman that answered every single one of my questions regarding the structured settlement and selling it, perfectly. I thought that I would have to write down the pros and cons of both situations, keeping it and selling it but that does not seem to be the case. Now, on the other hand, my husband thinks that I should be waiting for the full amount and five years is not that long.
Posted by Faith on January 12th, 2010 I just happened to stumble upon a really cool website that offered life insurance to all fifty states. I was actually searching for just a company that could give me a quote for the state that I live in, but I suppose a company that can give you life insurance quotes for any state would be better. I guess it is kind of like the chain store of life insurance quotes. They should be able to offer better deals, if they do more business.
I got three different quotes, all for no medical exam life insurance and looked them all over very carefully. I knew that I had never seen a no medical exam life insurance policy before and did not know exactly what to look for. I found a chat room online that was all about life insurance. I asked just about every question that could be asked pertaining to no medical exam life insurance policies. I found out more in the hour of chatting, then I had ever known about life insurance quotes and how to read them.
In the end, I went with the no medical exam life insurance policy that was pretty much the same as two of the other ones but was about two hundred dollars cheaper than the others. I felt great about getting set up for the future, it made me feel responsible.
Posted by Faith on October 11th, 2009 When I lost my job last spring, I considered letting my life insurance go and then I would not have that bill. I did not do it and was so glad that I found a job about two months later that allowed me to get back on my feet. I had let my cell phone go, my house phone, and my cable. I figured that those were things that I did not really need. I knew that if something happened to me though, my wife and kids would be taken care of since I had opted to keep the life insurance.
Shortly after I got my new job, we got our cell phones, house phone and cable all turned back on. I also went to my insurance company and purchased additional no exam life insurance just because I saw how hard it was for those two months when I did not have a job and for the few months after I found another one. I cannot imagine how hard it would be for my wife if I was suddenly not here to provide for her and the kids.
I have also sat down with my attorney along with my wife and we have planned out everything in the event something happened to either of us, or even both of us. Our kids will be taken care of and not have to worry about a thing. Not having a job for a couple of months really puts your life into perspective.
Posted by Faith on September 9th, 2009 Since we have switched car insurance companies I have been paying our policy fees online. I used to have to drive into town and make sure that I got there before they closed or stick it in the door and hope that they found it the next day. The internet has changed all of that. My old company still did everything by hand; I think they maybe had two computers in their entire office of ten agents.
I even found my new car insurance company online and compared their car insurance rates to a few others all from the convenience of my home. I have even been able to pay my bill while sitting in my pajamas; I could never do that before. No matter what the weather, my bills get paid on time and my policy information is only just a click away.
I would highly recommend getting online and getting come car insurance companies to give you some car insurance rates and then take the best one. If you have not yet discovered the great world of the convenient internet then you need to try it. Even if you just start by checking out other car insurance rates and making yourself familiar with the different options you should try it. I am sure that you will love what you find.
Posted by Faith on November 29th, 2007 If you are serious about loan repayment then going for a debt consolidation programme is a great idea. This will help you to save yourself from many of the unnecessary hassles that being an individual player entails.
First and foremost if you are under the aegis of a debt consolidation company all your collectors’ calls will go straight to the credit card debt negotiation firm. Thus you will be saved from the unnecessary harassing calls of the lender and can be at much peace.
Even if you answer a call from any of the creditors. Be strict with them and ask them to talk to the debt consolidation service provider whom you have hired. This means you will then not need to answer unnecessary disturbing questions about your loan repayment.Â
If even after your repeated instructions the lenders keep on calling you and not your service provider they become liable for damages under the Fair Debt Collection Act. The best way to deal with this situation is to be firm and strict. Do not abuse or be rude; just state the name of the agency that is looking after your loans and cancel the call. Remember in this way you will be able to ward off unnecessary phone calls and this is also a great way to handle your loan crisis.
