Posted by Faith on September 21st, 2010 Golf, just like any other sport, needs a lot of practice in order for you to improve. Reading golf swing books do help out especially if you do not have the luxury of time to spend it all day in the golf course. Lucky for me, I get to practice it after work because our house is just a few minutes drive away from a driving range.
This sport has really taught me a lot. As they say, this sport is not as physical as say basketball or football but it takes a lot of mental strength to play it. It is great that my wife appreciates the sport too and has joined me practice for several times already. It is a great sport for me because I can involve my whole family in it. I can spend a day in the course without feeling guilty because I am with them playing.
I have started to invest in it by getting a pro player to coach me so that I can improve chip shot among other things. I know that this will be worth all the money I spend when I start winning tournaments. Who knows, I might just win that coveted Master’s green jacket.

I can barely afford to pay my monthly gym membership and I have seen the hourly rates for those trainers that work there. They have to make a salary in addition to that.
The personal trainer directory that I saw online did not have any prices on it and so I am sure that you have to contact each of them yourself and check out their rates. I think that the trainers at the gym make something like twenty five dollars an hour and so I am just guessing that the ones on the personal trainer directory must be at least fifty dollars an hour or more.
I have been told that about four years ago, before I started working at the place I am at now, that the boss paid to have five personal fitness trainers Australia professionals come in and work with the entire staff for a month. I guess that everyone lost some sort of weight and then the economy hit a big bump and the boss had to get rid of the extra overhead cost of the trainers.
Posted by Faith on February 15th, 2010 When I heard of the Arizona sports league last month, I never dreamed that my wife and I would be playing on a Scottsdale kickball league about two weeks later. There were just a few openings left when I called and requested information on all the current open registrations for the Arizona sports league teams.
The only thing that was open, were four spots on two different Scottsdale kickball league teams and since they were both two and two, we decided to just go for it and try it out. I had been told from a few different people that any team that you could get on would be fun. Since I remember playing kickball from my younger years, and it is really not that hard, I knew that my wife and I could play together and have some fun. She was laughing when we drove to the first practice to think that we were going to kickball practice but we were both excited.
Our first practice ended up being a big party and not much practicing happened. I guess that a lot of the teams that are a part of the Arizona sports leagues, like to just get together and have a good time which my wife and I are all for.
